Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region will strive to achieve an annual growth rate of more than 25 percent in market procurement trade exports, as well as cultivate over 10 high-quality enterprises involved in both domestic and foreign trade by the end of 2025, according to the recently released Implementation Plan of the Integrated Development of Guangxi Domestic and Foreign Trade.

The plan aims to facilitate the new dual circulation development pattern in which domestic and overseas markets reinforce each other, while also boosting the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade in Guangxi.

Uniform regulation measures will be gradually taken for both domestic and foreign trade, with intellectual property protection emphasized in particular. Customs cooperation, especially with ASEAN countries, will be deepened, while more convenience in cross-border trade settlement will be available.

The region will strive to cultivate high-quality enterprises involved in domestic and foreign trade, as well as those involved in modern agriculture and supply chains. Cities, including Liuzhou, Nanning, and Guigang, will be supported to conduct more finished and new energy vehicles' export deals. Support will also be given to the construction of new cross-border e-commerce models and to cultivate more talents.

Powerful platforms for the integrated development of domestic and foreign trade will be built on the basis of the China (Guangxi) Pilot Free Trade Zone, as well as other economic and technological development zones, comprehensive bonded zones, and border economic cooperation zones.

Guangxi foreign trade enterprises are also encouraged to establish long-term cooperation in direct procurement and product supply with large-scale trade circulation enterprises.
