Focusing on intelligent construction and joint efforts to create a better living environment in China and ASEAN, the expo serves as a key platform for showcasing advanced construction technologies and deepening regional cooperation.
The expo has 7 exhibition zones – covering areas like China-ASEAN cooperation achievements, smart construction, and "quality housing". Enterprises from ASEAN countries including Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand and Laos are also participating.
On display are safe, green, quality housing, building materials tailored to Southeast Asia's climate, as well as innovations like modular buildings and property service robots.
These exhibits highlight China's shift from scale-focused to intelligent construction, and its low-carbon, efficient solutions for global infrastructure.
Yang Lvfeng, head of Guangxi's Housing and Urban-Rural Development Department, said the expo aims to promote tech and industry collaboration between China and ASEAN.
Guangxi will continue to act as a bridge boosting regional cooperation and building better living environments for local people.
