15 Southwest Guangxi scenic spots unveil golden autumn tourism deals

As the 22nd China-ASEAN Expo and the 2025 Guangdong Tourism Fair draw near, 15 scenic spots in Southwest Guangxi – with Detian Transnational Waterfall as a key player – will roll out a series of preferential tourism promotion activities on Aug 28, themed around "Golden Autumn September Travel Benefits".

The event is led by Detian Transnational Waterfall and jointly hosted by members of a local southwest Guangxi border tourism marketing alliance. Other participating spots include Baise Uprising Memorial Park.

From Aug 28 to Sept 25, 2025, the Detian Transnational Waterfall will offer tailored ticket discounts. Guangxi-registered tourists can enjoy tickets for just 9.9 yuan ($1.36) on weekdays, while tourists from Guangdong, Yunnan, Sichuan, Guizhou, and Hunan are eligible for 19.9-yuan tickets.

All visitors using discounted tickets must book one day in advance via the "China Travel Fun Border" mini-program or other online platforms. They also need to present their valid ID cards for verification when entering the scenic spot.

Besides Detian, other alliance scenic spots will also offer perks for tourists. These include free or discounted tickets at 9.9 yuan or 19.9 yuan, with specific terms applying to some offers.

The event has been organized by the alliance for six years. This year, it aligns with the Guangxi Tourism Year and China-Vietnam Cultural Exchange Year, aiming to boost Southwest Guangxi’s tourism influence and deepen cultural and tourism cooperation between China and Vietnam.
