Organized by the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Nanning, a two-day Muay Thai roadshow was held in Nanning, Guangxi, from July 19 to 20. Supported by Thai and Chinese partners, it aimed to promote Thai culture, arts, lifestyle, and related industries.

Marking the 50th anniversary of Thailand-China diplomatic ties, the event highlighted Muay Thai, an iconic cultural practice deeply rooted in Thailand's heritage. Striking ritual dances and intense sparring sessions were held, embodying virtue and holistic cultivation. World-renowned fighter Buakaw demonstrated his skills, with Lanna Fighting camp offering training.

Attendees enjoyed authentic Thai cuisine certified by "Thai SELECT", as well as imported Thai fruits, drinks, and snacks. Thai cartoon character pop-ups showcased muay thai's trendy, youthful side. Thai massage, cultural performances and interactive games immersed visitors in Thai charm.
Thailand offers 90-day special visas (Non-ED VISA) for foreign trainees at certified gyms, blending training with travel. The roadshow helped deepen Nanning's engagement with Muay Thai, tourism, food, and fashion.
