Guangxi deputies to the third session of the 14th National People's Congress (NPC) have been conducting extensive grassroots research to prepare their proposals for the congress, which they have been diligently supplementing and refining in recent days.
Since November last year, Huang Chunhua, vice principal of Chongzuo Senior High School, has been preparing her proposal by reviewing materials, collecting data, and consulting with experts online and offline. She aims to submit a high-quality proposal designed to improve the mental health of young people.
Chen Zhen, head of Sanjiang Dong autonomous county, highlighted issues in river and lake management in the western region, such as major ecological restoration tasks and insufficient funding. He suggests enhancing the protection and construction of beautiful rivers and lakes to transform ecological advantages into development momentum, drawing on successful experiences from Liuzhou.
Chen Gui'e, deputy director of the radiology department at Hezhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, proposes updating medical equipment and enhancing county-level medical partnerships to improve healthcare services and patient experiences in China's western regions.
The Guangxi deputies are committed to preparing well-founded proposals to fulfill their duties and contribute to economic and social development and public welfare.
