Qin Bin, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and a seasoned lawyer in Guangxi, is preparing for this year's two sessions.
He has been actively researching and proposing initiatives to support pilot support programs in underdeveloped areas of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, while also working on the development of a Sino-Vietnamese ecological aluminum industry cooperation park.
With over 20 years of legal experience, Qin has submitted 12 proposals since becoming a national political adviser, covering areas like livelihood security, legal development, and rural revitalization. His proposal on rural asset transactions gained significant attention, leading to a national pilot program with Guangxi as a trial region.
"As a lawyer, I will use my expertise to offer suggestions, enhance the legal service system, and advocate for justice," Qin said.
