Lan Lin, a deputy to the National People's Congress and a representative inheritor of Zhuang embroidery, has shouldered the responsibility to let Zhuang shine in the new era, helping more people achieve common prosperity and contributing to the transmission of ethnic culture and rural development.

Throughout her duties, Lan has remained dedicated to protecting intangible cultural heritage. She frequently visits grassroots communities and engages with various industry representatives to listen to their voices.

"Through extensive research, I deeply understand the challenges facing intangible cultural heritage inheritance," said Lan, noting issues like the lack of successors, young people's disinterest, and limitations of traditional transmission methods.

Lan has planned to submit new motions on supporting Guangxi in conducting exchanges and cooperation with ASEAN on intangible cultural heritage and promoting the development of a strong cultural tourism zone for ethnic minorities.

She also advocates for local cultural and tourism departments to explore folk culture, create diverse promotional activities, and form cultural tourism industries that drive economic growth and increase farmers' income, supporting rural vitalization.

In addition, she calls for increased support for intangible cultural heritage workshops, allowing tourists to experience traditional culture during festivals, enhancing their engagement, satisfaction, and the local cultural tourism brand's reputation.
