The Liuzhou Industrial Museum features both indoor and outdoor exhibition areas, including three themed main halls and one mobile exhibition hall for the indoor exhibition areas.
One of the themed main halls is the Liuzhou Industrial History Hall, which was transformed from a two-story zigzag-shaped textile workshop, covering an exhibition area of over 12,000 square meters. It showcases over 6,000 industrial relics, including large, medium, and small industrial equipment and products used and produced in Liuzhou since 1902. These exhibits bear witness to the remarkable journey of Liuzhou's industrial development, from inception to growth and from weakness to strength.
The other themed main hall, the Liuzhou Ecological Livable Hall, covers an exhibition area of 7,000 square meters and primarily focuses on illustrating Liuzhou's history of environmental degradation due to rapid industrial development, leading to initiatives for acid rain control, ecological reconstruction, and the exploration of a new path towards industrialization, ultimately realizing its dream of becoming an ecological industrial and livable city.
