The 23rd China-Vietnam Youth Friendship Meeting began in Nanning on Oct 14. During the meeting, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of China (CYLC) and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League of Ho Chi Minh City of Vietnam signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation and released the list of youth exchange projects for the China-Vietnam Year of People-to-People Exchange in 2025.

These projects, involving cooperation between organizations from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangxi, Yunnan, and Vietnam, are expected to include over 20 initiatives focusing on youth development and exchange.

Throughout the event, around 200 young people from both countries engaged in activities such as community visits, discussions on innovation and entrepreneurship, rural vitalization, and cultural experiences in Nanning, Liuzhou, and Chongzuo. These efforts aim to strengthen youth collaboration and further build the strategic China-Vietnam community with a shared future.
