The Qinzhou Port area, Guangxi FTZ, has five AEO enterprises up to now. In the first quarter of 2024, these enterprises reached 12.1 billion yuan ($1.7 billion), accounting for 68.3 percent of the total essential and export value of foreign trade enterprises in the area.

AEO is the abbreviation of Authorized Economic Operator. AEO certification is known as the gold certificate of international trade and represents the highest credit level of global trade enterprises recognized by the customs of all countries. It provides enterprises with various preferential policies for improving trade efficiency and reducing costs.

In order to make full use of the China-Malaysia "two countries and two parks" cooperation platform, Qinzhou customs has taken the initiative to cultivate AEO certification for enterprises to help them obtain AEO as soon as possible and enjoy preferential measures and convenience.
