Tofu Balls
The method involves draining the tofu slightly and then mashing it into a paste on a large plate. Prepare a filling by mixing minced pork, oil residue, peanuts, and chopped scallions.
Wrap the filling with the mashed tofu, forming it into balls, and finally, fry the tofu balls in oil until they turn golden brown. The fried tofu balls have a crispy, tender, and flavorful exterior.
