The city built a high-level team of experts from universities, senior managers from third-party professional institutions, and local science and technology professionals to provide tailored guidance to 86 enterprises. Through these efforts, they identified 23 key enterprises in 2023, achieving a high approval rate of over 90 percent for the recognition of high-tech enterprises throughout the city.
The city also formed a policy promotion team to widely publicize support systems such as tax incentives, science and technology finance, and R&D subsidies. This aimed to enhance the awareness and utilization of preferential policies among high-tech enterprises, ensuring they benefit from policy supports such as innovation and technology loans, interest subsidies, and income tax exemption.
By 2024, the city is targeting the establishment of 70 high-tech enterprises. This is set to expand the pool of potential high-tech companies, fostering both the quality and quantity of high-tech enterprise development. The goal is to create a robust foundation for the advancement of high-tech industries within the region.
