Nanning, capital of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, has continuously made efforts to develop and enrich its nighttime cultural and tourism economy, local media outlets reported on Nov 19.
The nighttime economy is an important indicator of urban vitality. It is a concrete manifestation of consumption transformation and upgrading, as well as a powerful engine for activating consumer markets.
Currently, Nanning has launched 15 boutique nighttime tourism routes, showcasing attractions such as Qingxiu Mountain and Fantawild Asian Legend. Nanning's scenic areas, such as the southern bank of the Yongjiang River, have been selected as national-level nighttime cultural and tourism consumption gathering areas.
In the future, the city will continue to cultivate a number of diverse and characteristic nighttime cultural and tourism consumption brands, including late-night restaurants, late-night bookstores, nighttime exhibitions, and immersive nighttime performances.
