10th China-ASEAN tech transfer, innovation forum to open in Guangxi

The 10th Forum on China-ASEAN Technology Transfer and Collaborative Innovation is scheduled to take place both online and on-site in Nanning, capital of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region from Sept 15 to 19.

The forum is hosted by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and is organized by the Department of Science and Technology of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and the China-ASEAN Technology Transfer Center.

Being one of the major high-level forums under the framework of the China-ASEAN Expo, this year's event will cast eyes on "digital technology + big health." 

A series of activities including an opening ceremony, a main forum, the ASEAN Plus Three (10+3) Young Scientists Forum and technological matchmaking fairs will be held to showcase achievements made in China-ASEAN sci-tech innovation and cooperation in the past decade. 

The previous nine sessions of the forum attracted more than 80 science and technology department officials at the vice-minister level in China and ASEAN countries, over 11,000 participants from both home and abroad, and over 3,600 enterprises that showcased and promoted over 3,000 projects.
