An exhibition area on international agricultural product supply chains will be set up for the first time at the 19th China-ASEAN Expo Agricultural Exhibition, which will take place in Nanning, capital of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, from Sept 25 to 27, CAEXPO Secretariat officials announced on Aug 18.

The exhibition area will focus on showcasing international agricultural production bases, trade platforms, wholesale markets, large chains as well as supermarkets and e-commerce platforms. It will also focus on sea-rail intermodal transportation, cold-chain transportation, carrying machines, and supply chain service. 

Preparation of the exhibition area has been moving forward, while many supply chain enterprises, such as JD Logistics, Guangxi Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, Guangxi Hawei Fresh Food Supply Chain Technology, as well as Nanning Agricultural Products Trading Center, have signed up for attendance. 

Of note, enterprises participating in the three-day on-site exhibition will be able to enjoy an all-year-round online promotion service to explore more business opportunities.
