Guangxi aviation industry to take flight with high-quality development
The Civil Aviation Administration of China signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region to jointly promote the high-quality development of the Guangxi aviation industry, according to statements made by the Transport Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region officials on June 29.
The Civil Aviation Administration of China will support Guangxi to undertake the China-ASEAN Civil Aviation Cooperation Forum during the annual China-ASEAN Expo and a four-hour aviation logistics cargo circle will be formed in Nanning to reach ASEAN countries.
The agreement pointed out that both parties will give more support to airlines that establish their main bases in Guangxi, and Nanning Wuxu International Airport will increase the number and frequency of flights to ASEAN countries.
Guangxi airports will receive support in operating more flights to the Yangtze River Delta, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and provinces nearby the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor.
