Over 80 students from Guilin Tourism University in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region showcased their enthusiasm and professionalism by serving as volunteers at the just-concluded Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games.

These students, who are mainly majoring in tourism management and western cuisine, went to the competition areas of the Winter Olympics in early January. Some of them provided courtesy services for domestic and overseas guests and officials at "Xue Ruyi," which is also known as the National Ski Jumping Center, while others worked at kitchens and bakeries to provide tea break services or to make food.

"I feel very excited and proud to make my own contributions to the Winter Olympics using my knowledge," said Zhou Yuwen, who is majoring in tourism management.

These students will soon participate as volunteers at the Paralympic Winter Games.

Guilin Tourism University has been giving full play to its advantages, completing high-quality services for high-level events like the Guilin Marathon and the China-ASEAN Expo in recent years.
