The first Guangxi (Nanning) Digital Sports Industry Summit Forum was held in Xingning district, Nanning, capital of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, on Dec 23, exploring the sector's development against the backdrop of multicultural integration.

Pressing issues such as the role of esports in regional economic development and the integration of traditional culture and esports were also discussed at the forum. 

In recent years, Nanning has been offering support for the development of the esports industry, and Xingning has been built into a strong example of the integration of digital sports and environmental recreation.

Wang Zibo of Honor of Kings expressed hope that esports can be combined with the promotion of Xingning to teach young people more about the local culture and history.

In recent years, Xingning district has been devoted to the integration of esports, culture, tourism, recreation and experience consumption to boost local economic and trade development.
