The number and scale of activities that require large gatherings will be timely adjusted considering the current COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control measures.

The opening ceremony of this year's carnival was held on a large cruise for the first time and various live stream forms such as videos, pictures and words were applied to let people feel the atmosphere of the opening ceremony online.

The carnival, first held in 2011, has been held 10 times and has now become a famous brand worldwide, making contributions to the integrated development of culture and tourism.
