Upcoming CAEXPO offers convenient supporting services
The upcoming 18th China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) to be held in Nanning from Sept 10 to 13 has made its commitment to provide 16 convenient services for exhibitors and guests, Nanning Daily reported on Sept 6.
These services include an on-site COVID-19 pandemic prevention service, safety tips, drinking water and AED cardiopulmonary resuscitation machines.
The free drinking water will be available on-site to exhibitors and guests at this year's CAEXPO and around 100 new signboards showing directions to the drinking water facilities will be set up.
Three areas for negotiation will be set up at the Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center and six cooling machines will be stationed in the outdoor exhibition areas.
Two additional cargo post service stations will be established outside the D6 and D13 exhibition halls of the center, and three new distribution points for guidance information will be set up at the main entrances around Exit B at the metro station.
Shuttle buses will be available from Sept 10 to 13, running between Exit Five on Huizhan Road and the intersection of Minzu Avenue and Huizhan Road from 9 am to 4:30 pm.
Parking areas for taxis will be set up at nearby roads near the center, which can hold more than 400 taxis, providing services for people in need from 1 pm to 6 pm on Sept 10 and from 11 am to 6 pm from Sept 11 to 13.
