Guangxi Beibu Gulf New Materials, a major stainless steel manufacturer in South China, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beibu Gulf Port Group.

Located in Tieshan Port Industrial Park in Beihai, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, the company covers a total area of more than 3,600 mu (240 hectares) and now has around 4,100 employees.

Currently, the company is capable of producing products such as 3.4 million metric tons of nichromeplate blank, 3 million tons of hot-rolled coil and 3 million tons of cold-rolled coil.

The company now ranks among the top three in China in terms of its stainless steel production scale, and in 2020 the company's sales revenue amounted to 27.8 billion yuan ($4.31 billion).

Efforts have been made in innovative development. Since 2014, the company has gained 15 patents for invention and nine patents for utility models.
