Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region recently issued the second batch of autonomous region-level major projects in 2020, with a total investment of 1.15 trillion yuan ($161.66 billion) and an annual planned investment of 122.46 billion yuan.

This batch of major projects includes 138 newly started projects, with a total investment of 406.49 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 28.29 billion yuan, 77 continuing projects, with a total investment of 391.05 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 68.85 billion yuan, 21 completed projects, with a total investment of 86.55 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 25.32 billion yuan, as well as 149 projects under preparation, with a total investment of 263.89 billion yuan.

To date, Guangxi has promoted a total of 1,517 major projects, with a total investment of 3.11 trillion yuan and an annual planned investment of 289.97 billion yuan, among which 278 are newly started projects.
