11. Huangyao Ancient Town

Huangyao Ancient Town is located in Zhaoping county, Hezhou and has a history of more than 1,000 years. The total area is 3.6 sq km and the streets and alleys are paved with bluestone plates. It has more than 300 houses of the Ming and Qing dynasties, as well as more than 60 famous and ancient trees. For thousands of years, these trees have been intertwined with the lives of residents of the ancient town, sheltering them from the wind and rain, as well as giving the ancient town its beautiful scenery.
