In order to stimulate and promote the rapid development of the service industry, the Liuzhou commerce bureau is accepting applications for its rewards program for the development of Liuzhou's service industry in 2019, with a maximum award amount of 500,000 yuan ($71,298.2).

The rewards are divided into four categories.

The first is a one-time reward of 100,000 yuan for service industry enterprises that are above designated size for the first time in 2019, and a one-time reward of 50,000 yuan for large private businesses.

The second is to reward the accelerated development of service enterprises. The government will evaluate the operation and development of service industry enterprises and give corresponding rewards as required. Enterprises in the wholesale, retail, accommodation, catering, and for-profit service industries will be given one-off rewards of different grades in accordance with the year's sales growth rate exceeding the industry development target and the annual sales reaching a certain amount.

Wholesale industry enterprises with annual sales reaching 500 million to 1 billion yuan, more than 1 billion to 5 billion yuan, and more than 5 billion yuan will receive a one-time reward of 50,000 yuan, 100,000 yuan, and 150,000 yuan respectively. Retail industry enterprises with annual sales reaching 200 million to 500 million yuan, ,more than 500 million to 1 billion yuan, and more than 1 billion yuan will be given a one-time reward of 50,000 yuan, 100,000 yuan, and 150,000 yuan respectively.

One-time rewards of 30,000 yuan and 50,000 yuan will be given to enterprises in the accommodation industry and catering industry with annual turnover of 20 million to 50 million yuan and more than 50 million yuan.

One-time rewards of 50,000 yuan, 100,000 yuan, and 150,000 yuan will be given to enterprises in the for-profit service industry with annual operating income of 100 million to 500 million yuan, more than 500 million to 1 billion yuan, and more than 1 billion yuan respectively.

The third is to reward the innovation of the commerce and service industry gathering areas. Wholesale enterprises and retail enterprises in large-scale commercial complexes, large-scale professional markets, and characteristic commercial districts, with their annual sales of more than 500 million yuan and more than 200 million yuan respectively, will be given a one-time reward of 500,000 yuan.

The fourth is to encourage enterprise groups and branches to establish independent legal entities in Liuzhou. Enterprises in wholesale, retail, accommodation, catering, and for-profit service industries that set up branches in Liuzhou or re-register as a legal entity with independent accounting in Liuzhou, with annual sales reaching a certain amount, will be given one-time reward.

Among them, wholesale enterprises with annual sales above 500 million yuan, retail enterprises with annual sales of more than 200 million yuan, accommodation enterprises with annual turnover of more than 80 million yuan, catering enterprises with annual turnover of more than 80 million yuan, and for-profit service companies with incomes of more than 200 million yuan will be given a one-time reward of 200,000 yuan.
