The entry and exit administration of the Nanning public security bureau has implemented 24-hour services of pre-service, temporary registration, reservation, and self-service to meet the increasing number of people entering and leaving the country.

The entry-exit administration has independently designed and developed an AI guidance and handling system to help people understand the work process anytime through 360-degree VR panoramic guidance. The AI system enables people to quickly handle self-service processes such as filling in forms, taking photos, renewing visas, and obtaining licenses in less than 20 minutes.

In order to provide better service, the exit and entry administration has taken many actions in recent years. It has opened a 24-hour "green channel" to provide emergency exit permits, provided immediate processing service of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan travel endorsements for people all over the country, as well as set up self-service reception machines in public places like police stations, communities, and subway stations to enable people to get services at their convenience. It has also implemented a 7-day working schedule to serve office workers and students.

In addition, the entry-exit administration has upgraded the service system for foreigners. It can provide immediate acceptance and approval for people in urgent need of a visa, foreign tour group members in urgent need of applying for group visa separation, as well as instance acceptance and approval of visas for foreign high-level talents and special talents.
