Located in Longsheng county, Guilin, Longsheng Hot Spring Scenic Area is a provincial-level tourist resort approved by Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region. It is about a one hour's drive from Longsheng county and a two hours' drive from Guilin. Taking the hot spring resort as its center, the scenic area is formed by a cluster of high-quality tourist spots within a radius of 50 kilometers.

The scenic area mainly includes Longsheng Hot Spring Resort, Longsheng Hot Spring Forest Park, Yanmenxia Drifting, Tianying Bridge Monkey Watching Spot, and many ethnic folk villages. The host spring resort is the most popular. The hot spring in Longsheng gushes from the depths of 1,200 meters underground, and the water temperature is between 45 C and 58 C. The resort has more than 20 hot spring pools in total, all of which are open-air springs, providing tourists with comfortable fish therapy and hot spring spas.

In addition, hiking and rafting can help tourists get close to nature, while historical sites and folk villages provide wonderful cultural tour experiences.

In order to meet the different demands of visitors, the scenic area has built more than four hotels in the mountains with a total of 600 rooms. People staying in any of the four hotels are able to enjoy hot springs for free, and the Hot Spring Spa Hotel has exclusive access to the top hot springs on the mountaintop.
