China-ASEAN Expo Tourism Exhibition Secretariat promotes cooperation at GITF
A China-ASEAN Expo Tourism Exhibition Secretariat work group recently participated in the three-day Guangzhou International Travel Fair (GITF).
During the fair, the group visited exhibitors, promoted the travel fair to potential customers, introduced relevant policies, briefed people on the overall state of affairs, and invited exhibitors to participate in the Guilin fair as well. It also explored operational models, official GITF contractors and services, and focused on the recruitment models of exhibitors and customers, as well as the field sales of a local travel agency pavilion.
GITF is the oldest large international travel fair in China. Under the guidance of the Guangzhou municipal tourism bureau, GITF has been evolving for 26 years and has become a trendsetter for tourism in southern China. It plans to spread its services throughout Asia.
In 2019, GITF plans to begin providing authoritative travel information, well-planned activities, and high-quality exhibition services to meet the needs of the tourism market in southern China.
