Technical centers of four Guangxi companies have recently been elevated to national level and will now enjoy the nation's preferential tax policies for scientific and technological innovation.

The four centers belong to Guangxi Road and Bridge Engineering Group Co Ltd, Guangxi Bossco Environmental Protection Technology Co Ltd, Guangxi Liuzhou Iron and Steel Group Co Ltd, and China Chemical Guilin Engineering Co Ltd.

The news was announced in a list jointly released by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance, the General Administration of Customs and the State Taxation Administration.

There are now 15 national-level enterprise technical centers in Guangxi, most of which are engaged in strategic emerging industries such as intelligent manufacturing, new materials, energy conservation, and environmental protection.
