Diecai district in Guilin, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, has created a new situation based on its Party construction.

It has insisted on brand leading, intelligent support, standardized management and all-region Party construction for years.

In April, Guilin Wisdom Valley started operation and became a new cultural landmark in northern Guilin. According to Zhu Binzan, its Party secretary, the Party branch closely integrated Party construction with investment attraction to contribute to the economic development of the whole city and lead enterprises to sound cultural construction.

At present, a total of 139 enterprises are under management of Diecai district Party committee and 29 have own Party organizations. Non-public enterprises covered by Party organizations reach 123, with a coverage rate of 88.5 percent.

In the first 10 months, Guangxi's GDP has been about 6.63 billion yuan ($961.4 million), an increase of 6.5 percent over the same period last year. The fixed-asset investment has been about 5.52 billion yuan with a year-on-year growth of 11.1 percent.
