Haiyang township, located in southeast Lingchuan county 45 kilometers from Guilin city center, features a hilly topography with an altitude ranging from 300 to 1,137 meters. Its ever-changing points of interests vary with the season: the peach and plum blooms in spring, fruits in summer, ginkgo leaves in autumn and snowy mountains in winter.
The event is aimed at advancing all-for-one tourism and making it head towards a high-quality and differentiated development path, according to Tang Xiaoling, director of the Publicity Department of the CPC Lingchuan County Committee.
