The 1st Diecai District Talent Week was inaugurated at Wit Valley in Guilin on Nov 26, with a series of salons, lectures, recruitment fairs and new-type peasant training sessions on tap.

At the launch ceremony, the top 10 talents with prominent contributions to the district were honored.

Guilin University of Aerospace Technology signed an agreement with Diecai to cooperate on talent cultivation, unveiling the plaque for a joint doctoral workstation.

Additionally, the district also joined hands with Wit Valley to launch a science and technology incubation base committed to accelerating the incubation of startups and the transformation and upgrading of micro and small-sized enterprises.

Diecai, seeing talents as essential to the prosperity of the area, has been constantly improving their work environment and using innovation to advance their working mechanisms in recent years.
