Approval for the acceptance of foreign students by universities and colleges in Guangxi
Requirements:
According to the tenth item of the Regulations on Acceptance of Foreign Students By Universities and Colleges, application materials that shall be submitted once a student is accepted by the university or college include:
For students applying for Chinese language programs:
1. A JW 202;
2. Approval letter of foreign students studying in Guangxi (studying for more than 6 months is considered as long-term students and less than 6 months is considered as short-term students) (6 copies in one form, 1 of which shall be stamped with the official seal from the school). The name of the foreign student shall always be the official name on the passport. In addition to the official name on the passport, if the student has a name in other languages, please write it after the official name and enclose it in brackets.
3. One application form for admission (Note: The photo must be posted on the application form and must be filled in and signed by the applicant);
4. One copy of the personal information page in the passport;
As for those foreign students studying for a degree, apart from the above materials, they shall also submit:
1. Messages about personal information to the school (including name, gender, date of birth, nationality, major, enrollment and graduation time, admission qualification review, Chinese proficiency, other special circumstances);
2. Proof of Chinese proficiency (Chinese language certificate or Chinese learning document issued by the school. If there is no certificate, reasons must be stated on the message about the Chinese tutoring method and time, and if taught in English, it shall be explained);
3. Highest degree, copy of degree certificate and its translation documents.
