Nanning Wuxu International Airport has opened a new international passenger service linking Nanning with Manila, the Philippines, further enhancing its air connectivity with ASEAN.

In the first quarter of 2026, the airport plans to launch 13 international passenger routes to ASEAN destinations.
It now provides scheduled flights to 12 ASEAN cities: Bangkok, Phnom Penh, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bandar Seri Begawan, Vientiane, Jakarta, Hanoi, Yangon, Manila, Haiphong and Ho Chi Minh City.

The new Nanning-Manila route offers more convenient travel options for tourists, business personnel and commuters between Guangxi and the Philippines. It supports closer trade, tourism and cultural cooperation.

With a growing number of flights and destinations, Nanning airport continues to improve its route network covering ASEAN nations. The expanded air links strengthen Nanning's role as a key aviation hub facing ASEAN and support regional connectivity and high-level opening up.
