Hechi scenic spots honor teachers with Sept-long discounts

To celebrate Teachers' Day, several scenic spots in Hechi are offering special discounts and privileges for educators during September, according to local authorities.

One of the highlights is Third Sister Liu's Hometown in Yizhou district, where teachers can enter and get boat tickets free of charge for the whole month. Accompanying family or friends are also entitled to a 30 percent discount on related fees, making it easier for educators to share the experience.

In Jinchengjiang district, two major sites will offer special incentives on Sept 10, in celebration of Teachers' Day. Longjiang First Bay Muluojia Goddess Valley and the Sea of Bamboo Gardens in Bagong will give teachers complimentary bamboo raft rides, enabling them to enjoy the area's natural scenery for free.

Nandan county is also participating in the initiative, with several locations offering Teachers' Day benefits. The Danquan Liquor Culture Scenic Area and Yao Wang Tianxia Scenic Area will provide free entry to teachers holding valid qualification certificates and ID cards on Sept 10. Danlu Mountain Scenic Area is also waiving entrance fees for educators and providing discounts on activities such as canyoning and off-road motorcycle riding.

Luocheng Mulam autonomous county is set to welcome teachers with free entry to Tianmen Mountain Scenic Area and Chenglong Lake Park on Teachers' Day. Yanshan Lake Ecological Park is continuing its promotion through September, offering a 50 percent discount on tickets and 20 percent off on accommodations and boat rides for educators.

Finally, all visitors are offered a 50 percent discount on daytime tickets to Bama’s Renshouyuan Scenic Area until Sept 30.

These measures aim to recognize teachers' efforts by providing them with chances to unwind and experience Hechi's rich natural and cultural scenery.
