1st youth sci-tech games held in Du'an Yao autonomous county

The first Youth Science and Technology Sports Games took place at Du'an Second High School on Jan 2 in Du'an Yao autonomous county, Hechi.

The event featured two main categories of competitions and exhibitions. Teams representing Anyang Second Primary School and Du'an Second High School competed in water rocket and air archery target shooting events. 

The Anyang team participated in robot projects, such as autonomous driving. In contrast, the Du'an team presented six projects, such as free-fall deceleration, stimulating students' innovative thinking, and enhancing practical skills through competition.

The event not only enriched the students' extracurricular life but also injected new vitality into the development of school science and technology education. 

In the future, the county's science association plans to continue collaborating with relevant departments to conduct diverse science education activities, aiming to cultivate scientific interest and innovative spirit among young people and improve science instructors' scientific skills and knowledge.
