Yizhou Ring Road project progresses rapidly

The Phase II of Hechi's Yizhou Ring Road construction and landscape enhancement project has been progressing swiftly, local media outlets reported on Dec 25.

The project, including Gaojiapu West Road, Gaojiapu East Road, Zheda South Road and Zheda North Road, has a total planned length of 22.3 kilometers and a project investment of 891.12 million yuan ($122.08 million). 

Additionally, the project will enhance the greenery and landscapes on both sides of the roads, creating a multifunctional urban greenway for transportation, leisure, and sightseeing through careful planning and layout.

As of now, drainage work, culvert, and road grading for the Phase II section are complete, with asphalt paving expected to be finished by the end of the month.
