Bama county in Hechi city, South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, received a foreign tour group on March 21, following the recent implementation of the agreement on China-Thailand mutual visa exemption.

The tour group, comprised of 41 Thai visitors from various age groups, is the first Thai tour group to visit Bama county. Their itinerary was centered around Bainiao Cave and Crystal Palace, two of the county's prime attractions.

On March 22, the tour group arrived at Crystal Palace, where they were amazed by the magnificent stalactite formations.

The Thai visitors said that the mutual visa exemption offered them a good opportunity to come to China, and they took it to visit beautiful Nanning and the land of longevity, Bama. Their tour guide explained the local customs to them, and they felt very happy during this tour.

This mutual visa exemption agreement facilitates increased tourism between the two countries and contributes to strengthening the friendship between China and Thailand.
