Hechi holds music carnival to celebrate new year

On Dec 31, a spectacular music carnival was held at Hechi Garden Expo Park to mark the new year.

The afternoon festivities commenced with the vibrant car exhibition at Jingxiu Square, attracting visitors who wanted to immerse themselves in the interactive experiences.

The Fushou Corridor was adorned with numerous red silk ribbons, symbolizing the collective aspirations and hopes of the attendees for the upcoming year. The enchanting snow performance on the Tongxin Bridge gave visitors a romantic winter wonderland. Meanwhile, the Children's Playground became a paradise for families, as parents and children can spend precious moments together and share the joy.

Moreover, many food stalls throughout the park offered a diverse array of culinary delights, ensuring that visitors could enjoy delectable food while indulging in the festivities.

At 7 pm, a dazzling light show illuminated the atmosphere. There was a series of extraordinary music performances featuring various genres, such as pop, rock, and rap, providing the audience with endless musical enjoyment on this New Year's Eve. At midnight, amidst cheers, visitors embraced the new year as spectacular fireworks lit up the night sky.

"The music carnival ran from Dec 30, 2023, to Jan 1, 2024, creating a joyful and anticipated atmosphere for all attendees," said a Hechi Garden Expo Park staff member.
