Dong Xi Literary Museum, Hechi Writers Museum open in Tian'e

On Nov 28, the opening ceremony of the Dong Xi Literary Museum and Hechi Writers Museum was held in Tian'e county, the hometown of Dong Xi, who was the first Mao Dun Literature Prize recipient in Guangxi.
Located in Tian'e county's Laofushan Ecological Park, the Dong Xi Literary Museum and Hechi Writers Museum integrate functions such as collection, research, exhibition, exchange, and education.
Dong Xi hopes that through these museums, Hechi will transform its cultural advantages into industrial advantages in order to promote the rapid development of the local cultural industry.
Shi Caifu, vice-chairman of the Guangxi Federation of Literature and Art, said in his speech that Dong Xi's work Echo, which won the 11th Mao Dun Literature Prize, is not only meaningful to Dong Xi, but it is also the point of pride for all the people in Guangxi's literary community.
