Hechi holds youth talent competition

The final round of Hechi's 2nd Youth Talent Competition was held from Nov 18 to 19, featuring the dances and characteristics of the various ethnic groups in Luocheng Mulam autonomous county.

The competition features four regular categories, including singing, dancing, general entertainment, and instrumental music, as well as ethnic categories such as intangible cultural heritage and Liu Sanjie's folk songs.

Since the competition opened in September, 572 performances involving 6,573 participants have taken place. A total of 316 performances involving over 2,700 participants took part in the final round.

The Youth Talent Competition is an essential platform for young people in Hechi to showcase their talent and achieve personal growth.

Hechi has been promoting the reform and innovation of its art education sector in recent years. Through diverse art activities, Hechi has promoted the artistic development of young people, while also nurturing their aesthetic sensibility.
