100 Hechi agri-products showcased at 20th China-ASEAN Expo

During the 20th China-ASEAN Expo period from Sept 16 to 19, Hechi arranged for more than 30 companies to exhibit nearly 100 agricultural products, aiming to help them expand into new markets, explore sales channels, and increase the global brand influence of their products.

One of the companies, Guangxi Jialian Silk, set up an exhibition booth at the Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center, showcasing a diverse range of products, including mulberry silk quilts, silk-filled air-conditioning blankets, silk summer quilts, stylish silk clothing, silk accessories, and scarves.

At the booth of Luocheng Mulam autonomous county, special agricultural products like kiwifruit, kumquat, and pickled vegetables and various types of mountain spring water and white liquor were showcased. In addition, inheritors of intangible cultural heritage items were invited to the booths to demonstrate Mulam ethnic embroidery and paper cutting, attracting a steady stream of visitors.

The Hechi municipal department of commerce stated that the expo has helped more people appreciate the city's charm. The department will continue to expand agricultural product sales channels and try to convince more entrepreneurs to invest in Hechi.
