The CR400AF Fuxing high-speed train made its debut in Nanning on Aug 29, heralding the upcoming opening of the Guiyang-Nanning High-speed Rail.
This railway is an important part of China's "Eight Verticals and Eight Horizontals" high-speed railway network. It will also be Guangxi's first high-speed railway with a designed speed of 350 kilometers per hour.
The total length of its main line is 482 km, with the Guangxi section stretching 281.37 km through Huanjiang Maonan autonomous county, Jinchengjiang district, Yizhou district, Du'an Yao autonomous county in Hechi, as well as Mashan county, Wuming district, and Qingxiu district in Nanning.

The CR400AF model is one of the two types of Fuxing high-speed trains with a top speed of 350 km per hour. It not only has a high aesthetic value but also significantly improves the overall operational capacity of the train, as it better meets the requirements of long-distance, long-duration, and complex high-speed operations.
The train features a new low-resistance streamlined design, which further reduces resistance during high-speed operation. It also has corresponding optimizations in passenger space, air conditioning systems, luggage rack configuration, lighting, and barrier-free facilities, all of which enhance the passenger experience.
