Donglan, Du'an listed as Guangxi holistic tourism demonstration areas

Hechi's Donglan county and Du'an Yao autonomous county were selected on the list of Guangxi holistic tourism demonstration areas in 2022. The list was released by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Dec 6.

In recent years, Hechi has focused on the four strategic positions for holistic tourism: Bama international longevity and health tourism resort, Guangxi's big health industry base, Shenzhen-Bama big health cooperation special pilot zone, and the green development pilot zone.

Hechi's has been promoting the high-quality development of its culture and tourism industries by utilizing  three things: their renowned longevity township, the Liu Sanjie song culture, and their silk culture.  Hechi's goal is to become an international livable and recreational tourism destination.

Since the beginning of 2022, Hechi has taken a series of measures, such as the integration of cultural tourism resources, to build a holistic demonstration area.
