According to karst geology experts, the sinkhole group is delineated according to the number of sinkholes in the area of the underground river basin or an area of 200 square kilometers.

Among the 10 largest sinkholes in the world, Guangxi possesses one. The number of standard sinkholes confirmed in the world exceeds 300, of which more than 270 are located in China, with Guangxi accounting for the most with 90, which is why it is described as a veritable "sinkhole museum."

In Guangxi, sinkholes are most densely distributed in Leye, Fengshan, Bama, and Napo. These sinkhole geological structures and ecological natural beauty systems are special, often being rich in rare species and natural beauty.
