The projects include Luocheng Yiwu Commercial and Trade Industrial Park, the Mulam Daoxiang Pastoral Complex, and infrastructure projects including Pingding-Xinying Avenue and Huangnitong Water Plant, as well as social livelihood and ecological environmental protection projects such as Chengdong Primary School.

Among them, the Luocheng Yiwu Commercial and Trade Industrial Park project covers an area of 450 mu (30 hectares) and has a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan. It is expected to consist of a farmer's market, a home furnishing market, a Yiwu small commodity market, an automobile market, a building materials storage and distribution center, a storage center, a logistics center, and supporting service facilities.
