Huanjiang's industrial economy grows in Q1

In the first quarter of 2022, the total industrial output value of Hechi's Huanjiang Maonan autonomous county was 896 million yuan ($137 million), a year-on-year increase of 35.92 percent, with its growth rate ranking second highest in the city. Its industrial investment was 480 million yuan, ranking second in the city, with a year-on-year increase of 227.2 percent.

Since the beginning of this year, the county's government office, industrial information and commerce bureau, as well as statistics bureau have carried out various enterprise service work, optimized the business environment, and boosted the county’s industrial development.

Huanjiang established an industrial vitalization special team to solve the problems encountered by industrial enterprises. It also coordinated many financial institutions and enterprises to conduct joint research to make use of financial policies, as well as solve financing difficulties for enterprises. At the same time, the county guided enterprises to do a good job in implementing effective COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control measures while also continuing production safely, creating a positive and harmonious environment for the high-quality operation of enterprises.
