Nandan honored for national village cleaning action

Recently, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, as well as the National Bureau of Rural Development issued an announcement on the advanced counties for national village cleaning action in 2021, notifying 98 advanced counties in the country that have achieved outstanding results.

Only four counties and cities in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region have received this honor, of which Nandan county was the only county in Hechi on the list.

In December 2018, 18 departments, including the Office of the Central Rural Work Leading Group and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, jointly issued the Action Plan for the Improvement of the Rural Human Settlement Environment, focusing on beautifying village environments.

Over the past three years, rural areas in China have implemented effective measures and achieved rapid progress, improving the conditions of rural areas. As a result, the vast majority of villages have basically achieved clean, tidy, and orderly conditions.
