Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region started providing COVID-19 vaccinations for children aged 3 to 11 on Oct 27. As of Nov 2, 73,600 children aged 3 to 11 years old in Hechi have received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

According to the Hechi center for disease control and prevention, children aged 3 to 11 can receive centralized vaccinations at their schools or kindergartens.

If children need to be vaccinated with other vaccines, they need to wait more than 14 days to do so, and priority should be given to guarantee the vaccination of the national immunization program. However, if they need to receive tetanus or rabies vaccines, there is no 14-day interval restriction.

Children need to be accompanied by their guardians throughout the entire vaccination process. The guardian should sign an informed consent form, and bring the child's vaccination certificate and ID card.
