The "5G+ emergency treatment" project developed by the People's Hospital of Hechi was included in the list of national 5G+ medical and health application pilot projects, which was recently released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Health Commission.

The project aims at building a 5G emergency rescue network between emergency personnel, ambulances, emergency command centers, and hospitals. It can give a patient's preliminary medical diagnosis to the command center as soon as the ambulance receives the patient in order to help doctors formulate a rescue plan in advance. It can also provide emergency rescue guidance, emergency rescue positioning, and remote first aid services in complex environments such as disaster areas and battlefields.

In recent years, the People's Hospital of Hechi has continued to explore 5G+ medical and health applications, and has achieved remarkable results. The hospital started to build a remote consultation platform in 2015, and launched remote pathological diagnosis, remote ECG diagnosis, and remote imaging diagnosis platforms in 2017.

The "5G+ Medical Examination Vehicle" was launched in July 2021 and has deployed a 5G signal transmitter on the vehicle for the synchronization of physical examination data on the vehicle with the in-hospital system, which greatly facilitates the medical examination needs of mass populations.

In the future, the hospital will utilize the national 5G+ pilot project as an opportunity to further promote the development of the internet medical business and effectively enhance people's satisfaction in medical and health fields.
