Nandan Rice Fields and Flower Sea Pastoral Complex
Various flowers in Nandan Rice Fields and the Flower Sea Pastoral Complex are in full bloom in autumn, attracting many tourists for sightseeing.
The project has a planned area of 51,200 mu (3,413 hectares), which spans across both Manchang and Liuzhai towns in Hechi's Nandan county, and it is composed of five agricultural core demonstration areas.
Based on a leisure agriculture demonstration zone, the project constructed an ecological rice industry zone, an agroforestry and animal husbandry recycling industry zone, an agricultural experience leisure zone, an agricultural product processing zone, and a rural tourism and healthcare zone to achieve integrated development of primary and tertiary industries. It has nine core scenic spots, including terraces, sea of flowers, tea mountains, pastoral scenery, alpine pastures, hot spring valleys, wetland scenery, fishing boats, and ceremonial tea experiences.
